Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have sole custody of my twin girls there father gets them every other week end and every other wed any way he has to pay 28% for child support he hasnt been paying it he gave me 60$ for this month any way im marrred and pregnet with my husband baby and hes in the navy and ives in HI I live in IL i want to leve state and go live with him with my girls and the court knows i want to do this my lawyer told me to wait befor i try to leave my ? is what are the chances of me being abel to leave my twins are supported 100% by my husbend besides the 60$ the twins father gave me and there are also in his heath care he has 3br house and the father of the twins dosnt even have a job anymore and lives in a 2br appartment with him mom and hes 18 dateing a 15 year old and is letting her stay the night at his house when my girls are there

Ask your lawyer. You can not leave the state with the kids without a court order.
