Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My son has been going to see his biological father for 5 years now. He still cries and says he don't want to go. He has been recently telling me that he wishes he was dead so he didn't have to go to his visitations. What can I do.

Unless there is a legal reason for him not to go, such as abuse, and there is a court order, he must go. A child does not get to make that determination. You do not give his age. His reasons must be flushed out; boredom or anger is not enough; some psychological damage must be occurring with a therapist being willing to testify on his behalf.
