my son was born 2008 the man who signed his birth certificate has his last name also in will county is not the father but we were together at the time. as of now we have no contact what so ever. as of now march 2010 i have gotton in contact with my son's real father and he has decided he wants to give him his last name and i live in cook county now. how do i change my son's last name legally in diffrent countys?

So you are admitting to having falsely claiming that a man is your son's father. You can file an action to declare the non-existence of the father child relationship with #1 and to declare the existence of a father child relationship with #2.
