I have a son with my ex boyfriend, I left him because he was abusive, I let him see the baby twice a week, but now he wants the baby to sleep over at his place and I don't trust him what can I do?

How old is the baby? Judges are hesitant to allow overnight visitation with children under the age of two, based on my experience. If he is abusive towards you, that is a consideration for the court in determining the best interest of the child for determining custody. Has he filed a petition for custody or visitation? Is there anything pending? You are also entitled to child support. All of these issues could be addressed in court if you decide to file a petition. I'd have to know more about your case to know how to proceed.
