Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am only to see my son a day a week because my husband won't bring me my son because he throws a fit. I need to know my legal options on seeing my son more often. I miss my son.

If you want to see him, go get him. However, it sounds to me like you may be in jail which makes for an entirely different answer. You need to provide more facts if you want an answer to your question.
