Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Help my son!

My Ex-Boyfriend has posted pictures of my son on his web page. He has no legal rights to the child and has no right to post pictures of him. How do I go about making sure the pictures come down off the internet?

If the child is his, I don't think you have any complaint. If its not and the pics are suggestive or harmful in any way, you can get them down. If its for commercial purposes, you can get them down. If none of that apply, I am not sure if spending your time and money to try to get some pictures off some silly web page that probably no body other than yourself goes to is worth it.
