Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My son and I were granted an order of protection yesterday yet I have a court order to have my son have weekly visitation and daily phone calls. I have continued the phone calls but I am not sure what to do about the cour order. I am still due to let my husband see his son this week and am scared to have contact with him. I plan to see the judge about it on Monday but I am not sure what to do in the mean time.

Thank you for your time and any information,

Sara

If you had an attorney involved in the issuance of the court order, contact him or her. If not, you may need to tell your ex that you're not trying to defeat his rights but need court instruction and intend to get same. If he wants to act sooner he can ask the judge himself.
