Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My son in law is incarcertaed and my daughter is divorcing him. He was a good father and has less than two years to serve but his wife has not allowed him any contact with their young daughter. During the divorce hearing, does he have rany right to visitation, either in person or by phone? If his wife can't afford to drive her to see her father, can he ask that we be allowed to bring her?
