Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have a son he is 14 and is living with me . His dad and I are divorced. My son wants to move in with his dad. Can we legally agree no one pays child support. And we share cost of our son? Would any judge agree to this.

If your son is living with his Dad, the Court will likely order support. It has a statutory duty to do so. If your former husband wants to give you back the money he can do so,
