my son which is not the real father pays child support and now trying to get child support from the real father she is so she won't let my son see him anymore

If your son is paying support pursuant to a court order or an administrative order, he has been declared the father. He is entitled to an order of visitation. If Mom is now saying she lied and he is not the father, she may not be able to do so. Just as he is bound by the order, so is she.
