Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My son is 10 and has never received any child support from his biological father. If I file for child support now, is there a chance the father will be granted visitation or weekends with my son?

Those issues are two totally separate issues. The father can see the child whether he pays support or not. BTW, its almost ALWAYS better for a child to have two parents involved in their life.
