Son sleeping with his dad and his dad girlfriend

My son stays with his dad every weekend. They shar the same bed. But his dad got a new girlfriend and she was in the same bed as my son and his father. What can I do?

Age of son and what is going on in the bed are critical to this question. Also, in emergency situations (i.e. other bedroom broke or something), there is nothing wrong. I need more information.
