Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my son sustained serious head trauma due to abuse. dcfs is now threatining to take permanent custody of him if the do not determine who the abuser is within 60 days. what can i do in this situation

hire a lawyer. seriously, this is not the time to do nothing. how was the trauma caused. who caused it. could you have not placed your child in that situation, all these issues must be explored.
