Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My son had to get temporary customy of his 2 kids through an Order of Protection in Illinois because his wife is violent toward him and the kids and because her both her father and step-father are registered sex offenders and DCFS says the kids are at risk. His wife currently has superivsed visitation ,but she has now asked for the court to vacate to OP as a response. What are the chances that my son's OP can be vacated? and what are the chances of my son getting full custody of thier 2 kids ages 2 and 4?

We do not quote odds - there is an equal chance 50-50 that the order is vacated, as is his chance to get custody of the kids..there are two parents so each has the possibility of getting custody.
