Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My son goes to visit his dad in FL. His dad occasionally takes him out of state but never provide me any itinerary. Also, he travels frequently out of state for business during visitation for work but never informs me when is gone and for how long he is gone for�.what can I do?

If he is already in FL, is he going to GA for a few days. You are entitled to an itinerary, but you can not withhold visitation, and more practically, what remedy is there for his violation. If your son is old enough to call you, get him a cell and tell him to call.
