my son had a son out of wedlock, he sign the birth certificate and parental paper at hospital when born, now his file for child support from the mother and he had his son for three or four year on his own and now she went and took him out of school because she doesnt want to pay child support and try to turn the table around and him. can she come and take his son from him legally.
