Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I need to know what to do. I have a son that will be 15 in a few days. He is currently on court supervision, and just went to court to revoke that, but continued the case. He has failed 5 drug test and does not think he has to report to me his whereabouts. For the 3rd time, hw has taken off fir 4-5 days without contact of his whereabouts. He can't go to his mom's because there is currently a protection order against her with only supervised visitation. My problem is when he decides to show up, at which time he has been turned in as a runaway, the state has made me take him home or I could be charged with neglect. I have 2 other children at home, so I don't want charges. What is my legal standing here. I have just about reached my last straw and don't know what to do. Please help

This is a not infrequent problem. I would suggest that you try to have him hospitalized in a locked juvenile psychiatric ward or hospital. He is clearly beyond your control and likely a threat to your other children. You might want to insist upon being charged with neglect. The charges won't stick but may be necessary to have your son declared a "ward of the state." You should definitely contact an attorney in your area for assistance.
