Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hi, my son is 20 yrs old, attends college and lives with his dad. Money is withdrawn from my check monthly and is sent to his dad. My son is planning on moving out in August. Since he won't be living with his dad anymore, can I terminate my order and just pay my son directly?

The only person who can terminate an order is a judge. If you feel you have a basis for termination, file a motion.
