Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My son's ex-wife has moved to a county (in IL) that is 2 hours from my son. She has filed to get a change of venue to her new county so that she can take him to court over child custody. They have joint custody with her as the primary. Does he have legal recourse, or does he have to go along with it.
