my sons father lied to the police saying i threw a brick at him. he got a emergency order of protection against me. we have to go to court. what will happen in court. i did not trow a brick at him.

If the judge believes him, the order may be made permanent and you will lose custody of your child. If the judge believes you, then the case will be dismissed.
