mY SON'S FATHER VIOLATED THE CUSTODY ORDER, WHAT CAN i DO AND WHAT WILL BE HIS REPRIMAND? Whe have joint custody, we went to mediation and he refused to let me get my son on the alotted day. I called ahead and it was 4p.m and I stated that my son would be back before 9. What do I need to to do so that this will not happen again

If a parent does not comply with a court order, you can bring him back to court and ask the judge to sanction him, and or pay for you attorneys fees. Ultimately, people start following directions when it becomes painful to break the rules.
