i filed for divorce pro se and he has a attorney i was given a court date of 1/5/09 now i look it up and it says case set on progress call to 2/4/09 what does that mean. do i still have to go to court on the 5th or is our court date pushed back

You can call the clerk to see if there is still a date scheduled, but it is also possible that there are two court dates pending. It sort of depends on the circumstances.
