Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

New Spousal Income

I am the new wife and me and my husband have filed a petition to modify childsupport, he is representing himself. I work at the same place he does. He recently got a subpoena to provide his income records the order said ''submit your income record and/or your wives'', he supplied his do I have to supply mine also? This to me is a privacy issue as we have gave her a financial affidavit and it shows my income. Evidently they think we are hiding money. If my employer does submit my records, isn't that a violation of my privacy? Do we have to submit them?

Re: New Spousal Income

A court can order you to reveal your records if the court wishes to consider your income for the basis of increasing child support.
