spousal maintenance and insurance

My husband owes 15k in arrears for maintenance, and never insured me since ordered by court in 2004. I want to take him to court pro se, but have no idea what to say on the motion. can you help?

You would need to draft and file a Petition for Rule to Show in order to have the Court hold your husband in contempt for not following a court order. Depending on the circumstances, it could be pretty involved. I would suggest retaining an attorney; there are many that will do it on a low cost basis. Shop around and good luck.
