spousal support
I am married and very ill and cannot work. My husband refuses to pay my medical bills to the point of some being sent to collections. Because of this I cannot get the medical treatment I need. Is this legal?

In theory you can sue him for lack of support. In the real world, people in this situation often get divorced because of the other spouses behavior and medical support is part of the divorce decree.
