Spouse abuse

My Dad is a paraphlegic and needs care My Mother dose not want to take care of him anymore. We do have HomeHealth Service which come and help 3 days a week, She wants him to go to a VA hospital and he refuses. He is of sound mind and can b in a wheel chair half of the day. My Mother wants to file for divorce. Can she make my father leave the house when se files for divorce?What are his legl rights? being he is in a wheelchair.

It's up to a court who gets the house, if anybody. The court may order the house sold and the profits split in some form. There are many issues to be considered when filing for a divorce. She can file. What happens thereafter is up to a court.
