spouses rights to a trust

my wife& i have an (a) & (b) trust established in il. in 1993.our daughter is going thru a divorce and her husband states that his attorney sas he is eligible for 25% of our assests.our daughter lives with us in az. during this divorce. no minor children..pls advise. thank you
