another state with child

My best friend has a restraining order on her boyfriend the father of her child and goes back on the 8th to make it two year. She is fearful for the safety of her and the child he is very violent can she move to missouri with me where I can get her a job and house. He has told her she can't leave state lines with they're son.

She needs to go to court, explain the situation. A court can grant permission for her to move. It is a good idea to get an attorney for this, since if the judge rules the other way, it could complicate her life.
