In the state of Illinois, what are the chances of winning an Alienation of Affections law suit if the folllowing can be proven?

1. The married couple loved each other at some point during the marriage

2. The third party destroyed that love

3. The third party did so with malice

Recovery in such suits are based on financial loss not on lost affection. Unless you can prove that you have somehow been financially damaged, you lose.
