In the state of illinois is it against the law not to facilitate a visitation due to work when

you have offered the parent any other visitation day of his choice in order to make up

the missed visitation?

Why is the visitation not proceeding? Your work is not a basis for it not proceeding. Thus it may not be a proper basis for denying visitation.
