Maybe, depending upon your circumstances, the other parent's circumstances, and your child's circumstances. You should review 750 ILCS 5/513, Support for Non-minor Children and Educational Expenses.

No. There is no requirement. But if the court finds that you can afford it, it will order you to help pay.
