Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have been a stay at home mom/homemaker for 10 yrs at the request of my husband. There is a possibility that my husband and I are going to part ways but he refuses to get a divorce because he doesn't want to pay for it and I will not pay for it because I did not want this separation. Therefore I need to know if I am legally entitled to child support as well as maintance when we part ways? And if so how do I go about getting this?

There is a non-support act. i have not seen an action filed by a states attorney for such relief in years, but contact your local states attorneys office.
