my stepdaughter,14 1/2 is now living w/gma my husband has full custody of her,how do we go about removing her from his custody? his ex doesn't want her as she is out of control and will not listen nor respect either parent.

who or what is gma? the best interst of the hcild standard applies, not who the parent listens too. Sounds like the kid may simply need some firm discipline.
