Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My step dad and mother are seperated. She won't answer his phone calls and when he goes over there she threatens to call the cops. He can see his son and I'm getting concerned, what can he do?

Why is it any of your business? Your step-dad is an adult and he is capable of handling his own business. If he wants legal advice he can ask for it. In the meantime, you need to MYOB. You should be more concerned about your mother.
