Step Parent Adoption

My husband wants to adopt my son, how do I go about in starting the process and finding out more information and laws about it.

I can help you in this process. I don't think that you should do it without a lawyer. While it is not a complicated process you want everything to be correct so that later there are no problems. I do a lot of adoptions and have the experience to get you through this case in short order. I charge betwen $1250 and $1750 for the adoption service fee. My average fee is about $1500.
