step parent adoption

step parent wanting to adopt 4 year old raised since child was a baby biologial father hasnt been heard from or seen child in 3or more years what could be done with this and how to go about it what does a judge look for

This is considered a related adoption. The hardest part is trying to give notice to the father. That must be done. Please call for an appointment.
