what steps to take to have child support reviewed and taken out of my ex-husbands payroll check and to have spousal support extend both was issued in my divorce

File a petition to modify child support. As maintenance is concerned, that will depend on the wording of your degree. If there's a definite end date, you may not be able to petition the court for an extension. The devil is in the details, so you'll have to have an attorney look at it.
