Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

step-son is a bum

My 21 year old stepson is a bum. He has been divorced, quit school (high school ), loses his id frequently, won't get a job, disrespects the house, manages to get high, etc.

He has a brother who is 32 and I had to get the police to remove him .

I'm trying not to lose control but this crap he's pulling is getting very serious.

Do I have any recourse to get this child out of my house and point him in the right path ?

Nothing I do is working and this game is over.

Your house is your house. If he is not on title or the lease to te property he has no right to stay other than your generousity. Kick his lazy no account butt out. If he will not leave call the police.
