Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Is there a way a to stop a parent from filing a motion every year to change the school the children are enrolled in if she does not agree with it? We both have equal, shared custody right now and she has filed 2 times so far in the last 2 years to change their school from private to public. I pay for the private school and don't ask her to pay for the tuition at all.
