I am being subpoena
I am Subpoena to testify on a domestic dispute that me and my ex had over a year ago. I know that I have to be there but I just want it to be over and I really dont want to testify is there any way that I can get out of it

Telling the State's Attorney that you don't want to prosecute usually works. Since you're the victim, unless you were so badly beaten that a police officer can testify to your injuries, there isn't much of a case without you.
