sueing my uncle

My uncle borrowed 30000 from me to get his home in florida back in his name from his girl friend. now he won't repay me . He signed a note that he borrowed the money from me. can you help? I live in Illinois and the home is in florida.

Find a lawyer in his town in Florida, turn the note into a mortgage, and file it at the local county recorders office. Then notify him that he has to make payments or you'll foreclose.
