If you received a summons, that means a lawsuit has been filed naming you as the respondent. That is not a simple "how do I respond" kind of thing. I recommend you read the document carefully, and understand that you are essentially being sued. I also recommend getting an attorney, but I cannot recommend that for sure without knowing what the summons says.

If you have been served a summons, then you need to at least consult with an attorney. The consequences of failing to obtain legal advice could be extremely importand and also extremely expensive. Please consult with a lawyer in your area.
