supervised visitation who pays

ex has supervised visitation, lost all visitation Oct. 2006 due to cocaine use, now wants to reinstate but must be with a counselor who charges $150 per session because he waited almost 3 years to seek free (VA) treatment (again) . Is there case law that he must pay, not me?

I don't know of any case law, but most judges split the cost between the parties.

Who would make you pay such a fee? I think you are worried about something that will not happen.
