Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Supervision or Supervised Visits

My question was cut of, so here's the rest.

At this point any normal person would assume that the judge would act upon this clearly and in the best interest of the child. Ensuring the minor child is not exposed to any drugs. Yet the judge changes direction and grants her ex-husband more time.

What is wrong with the judge?

Re: Supervision or Supervised Visits

I am not sure which question this is appended to, but clearly you are not familiar with the legal system. any normal person would assume that the judge will do what he thinks is right, not what you think is in the best interest of the child, since your opinion, and everyone else's is extremely biased (and the judge knows this). I would guess that there is more to the story than simply an out of control judge giving credence to a druggie over a perfect parent.
