Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My ex is supposed to give me EOBs for our children within 14 days of receiving them. He decided to save them all for a year and pass them over all at once. Am I still required to pay?

Unless the judgment is specific and time limited as to when the EOBs must be turned over, he can do that. If you have the kid(s) you should have a QMCSO entered so you get the EOBs.
