suspected malpractice adoption case

adoption handled by lawyer who's sister works for her and also works for homestudy group who denide my sister who is trying to adopt a baby who was approach by the baby's mother which is a minor, and grandmother that wanted my sister to adopt the child, also the lawyer gave profiles of people who make more money to the minor sugesting they whould be better suited parents does this sound like a conflict of interest.
