could i take legal action against a 16 year old boy if he got my 14 year old girl pregnant?

Hello. In my opinion, you can. You should make a police report and then

take the report to the state's attorney's office in the county where

you reside and let them know what happened. The 16 year old should be made to pay child support. Will be happy to discuss this further and in nore detail.
