Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have been told that while I am at work my wife has another man at my house. If i walk in and catch the what can I do legally? Can the police do anything? Can I kick his ass? Ect.?

You can ask him to leave just like any other guest. It is not a police matter. Walking in and "catching" them is a direct route to divorce court and will likely result in violence. Your best course of action is to talk to your wife and ask her who this person is and why he is in your home while you are at work.
