Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I was tricked into giving up custody of my 1-1/2 year old son to my ex-husbands parents when I was 20 years old. They said I would be allowed to see him anytime. Once I signed over custody they would not allow me to see him and said get an attorney. I was in a desperate situation and was trying to do the wright thing for my son.. Can I get him back and what are my chances?

Without know the time frame, your question is impossible to answer. If it was a few months ago, you may have a chance, But the longer the time, the harder it is. And without knowing what you signed and what order grandpa and grandma got, makes it hard to answer.
