Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

trust

my mother set up a trust. Her estate is just about completed ( all assets are in the trust account now) it calls for all 4 beneficiaries to recieve a certain amount each year. What do i do? Do I set up a trust account for each beneficiary and call it '' the estate of (the deceased) ? and then draw money from each account each year? Thanks.

This is a probate question, not a family law question. If this trust is created by a will, you must file a probate. The lawyer you hire will advise you, if you are the executor, how to handle the estate.
